What If I Have Special Shipping Instructions ?
If you have special shipping instructions please email us. As it is always good to put special instructions in the
note when you pay with PayPal, of GoogleCheckout we get
the message a lot quicker and in time for shipment when you email us with your needs directly!
Why is your shipping so much if you ship media mail?
Our cheapest route to get the books to you is "media mail". To insure that you get the book(s) exactly as described,
we only ship in boxes, wrap the book(s) in bubble wrap, and pack
it in tissue paper, and send it with "Delivery Confirmation",
we add a small fee on top of the "media mail" charge to cover that expense.
Does the book come with the trading cards? extras?
Texas Rare Books listings are generally for the book only. Our used books do not come complete with any CD,
tape, toy, or other items that may have originally come with the book.
If any CD, tape, toy, or other items that may have originally come with the book are intact we will specifically
state it in the listing.
Are the books from a smoke FREE environment? Or if unsure, Can you tell me if it has been in a smoke FREE environment
since you've had it? And does it seem to have any kind of smokey odor to it?
Most of the books that are in the possession of Texas Rare Books come from eastate sales. So whether the book was in a smoke-free
environment, or born in a smoke-free environment, or lived in a smoke-free environment, is obviously unknown to Texas Rare Books.
The owner of Texas Rare Books does not smoke, and there is No Smoking in the Texas Rare Books store so, yes it has been
in a smoke-free environment since Texas Rare Books has taken possession of the book(s). 99.9% of all the books we sell smell like a book
and looks like a book! If for any reason it doesn't look and smell like a book we at Texas Rare Books will state it as such
in the listing.

Hurricane Ike did not compromise any of Texas Rare Books inventory. The store did not incur any structural damage, nor did it incur any water damage. Our inventory remains intact.
